Take Part in Scarborough Extreme
HOW TO TAKE PART
Scarborough Extreme is both a festival and a year-round platform to support and celebrate sports and activities that push you to your limits. In 2024, Scarborough Extreme consists of:
- A showcase event on Saturday, 5th October where providers can showcase and promote activities across Scarborough and the surrounding area. It will be entirely open-access, where anyone can register to take part, from within the YO11, YO12, YO13 and YO14 postcodes.
Key Dates
- Monday 8 July: Bursary deadline
- Monday 15 July: Registration closes
- Week commencing 26 August: Scarborough Extreme website launch
- Saturday 5 October (10am-4pm): Scarborough Extreme Showcase day
Registration is open for people and businesses based in YO11, YO12, YO13, YO14 and costs £10. To take part follow the instructions to register on Eventotron below.

Bursaries
Up to 20 bursaries of up to £500 each are available for individuals, businesses, educational establishments, charities, sports or community groups wanting to get involved with the Scarborough Extreme Showcase Day on Saturday 5 October 2024.
