During the workshop you will be initially be invited to choose a piece of art from the Emergence exhibition that resonates with you, you will sit and spend some time in quiet contemplation to be with and reflect upon this piece to see how it touches you. After this, you will have the opportunity to draw or write a stream of consciousness in response to the painting, from this meditative and introspective state.
