I graduated from the University of York, with first class honours. A sculptor, drawer and painter, my love is ceramic sculptural forms: these are always figurative and reflect my love of theatre, storytelling, dance and just being.
Working in clay is the ultimate experience; its additive, subtractive nature allows freedom, but has a mind of its own, to reckon with, controlled, let go.
I maintain a strong interest in learning new forms, attending master courses. My latest works are in porcelain, from my own casts, joined, drawn on using glazes to, once again, reflect storytelling.
